**REQUIREMENTS**
24-month lease
App fee is $50 per person (this includes a credit and background check)
Credit needs to be at least 580 (co-signer that has a 580 or higher accepted if you don’t meet this requirement)
Proof of income is required and needs to meet at least 3x the monthly rent
Good rental history if applicable
